To watch the channel please ensure the followings :
1) You are browsing with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 or above; and
2) With Microsoft Media Player version 9 or above;
3) if this is your first time visit, please accept the installation request by clicking the pop-up bar on the top of the browser;
4) You can select channel as soon as the clip of Crossmission is started looping.
Q : My system meets with the above specifications but still displays black screen.
A : The system needs time to search peers and build up buffer every time the "Channel" is selected, please wait and you will see "buffering" on the bottom-left corner. Click the preferred channel button again if it takes longer than 20 seconds.
Q : There is only audio but no pictures.
A : Depends on the Internet traffic, the system may take few seconds to buffer up the stream before playing, the stream will be smoothened and steady once the buffered signal is sufficient.
Q : How to watch full screen ?
A : Right-click the screen and select "Zoom" and "Full screen", press “Esc” key to restore to normal.
